The UMTS component was developed by CINI as part of OneLab1 Workpackage 4B, and work continues in OneLab2 Workpackage 6 Wireless. It takes the form of two distinct parts, PlanetLab-UMTS-Tools and PlanetLab-UMTS-Tools-Backend.
