This work package oversees the combined scientific, administrative, and financial aspects of the second phase of the OneLab project. UPMC's experience in coordinating the first phase of the OneLab project, as well as other European projects, means they are well placed to provide the necessary framework to enable OneLab's second phase to achieve its objectives while meeting cost, time and quality requirements. Frédéric Vaissade, International Partnerships Manager of the UPMC-NPA research group , is backed by a strong management team and is an experienced project manager who has worked on several European projects.
