The Eidgenössisch Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH Zurich), was founded by the Swiss government. Today it is part of the ETH Zurich domain, which is made up of the two universities and four national research institutes. The Computer Engineering and Networks Laboratory of ETH Zurich was founded in 1989 and is a part of the Department of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering. In this project, ETH Zurich participates through its Communication Systems Research Group. Joining the project in its second phase (OneLab2), ETH Zurich leads the work package for the Situated and Autonomic Communications (SAC) integration into OneLab (WP8). As coordinator of one of the projects and with well-established interaction with the other SAC projects, ETH Zurich is very well positioned to lead this work package to a successful integration of new test networks and novel networking paradigms in OneLab. Dr Bernhard Plattner, Professor, Head of lab Dr Franck Legendre, Researcher (WP8 leader)
